THE A1000 ELECTRONIC AIR PRESSURE VALVE PACKER is designed to simultaneously
fill and weigh multi-wall or plastic valve bags with a wide range of
materials that can be fluidized with air pressure. Low pressure enters
the pressure chamber through a disseminator and bottom air pad which
fluidizes the material and pressurizes the chamber. When the bag is
filled to the preset weight, the P.C. Digital controller actuates a
limit switch, closing the pinch tube cut-off. With the Power Bag Discharge
option, the bag chair then pivots and discharges the filled bag onto
a conveyor. The A1000 valve bag filler is economical, accurate, and
a reliable valve bagger.

A700
THE A700 MECHANICAL AIR PRESSURE VALVE PACKER also processes the product
by fluidizing the product and using low air pressure to pressurize the
chamber. When the bag is filled to the correct weight, the pinch tube
cut-off is closed by a proximity switch activating the cut-off cylinder.
With the Power Bag Discharge, the bag chair then pivots and discharges
the filled bag onto a conveyor. The A700 is economical, accurate, and
a reliable valve bagger.
